BTG Recruitment is an independently owned recruitment consultancy specialising in all areas of Finance and Accountancy.  Operating nationally with teams based in Manchester and Nottingham our consultants each focus on specific niches from board level to accounts clerical offering temporary and permanent solutions.

BTG Recruitment was established in 2003 by two recruiters who were passionate about their profession but frustrated at the increasing reliance on the volume based recruitment methods used by many recruitment companies.  Whilst this may be effective in many markets, they felt strongly that accountancy and finance professionals demanded (and deserved) a more consultative, advice led approach –  and this has formed the foundation of our success.
